My wish for us all

My wish for the world

is that every human

has the opportunity

to discover the value of their interior life.

And I wish them the time necessary to do so.

May they find the courage to learn to meditate or be still in some similar way.

I wish them the discovery that the doorway to what they need is mostly within them.

May they find the patience to learn to listen to their silence until they begin to discover and uncover their interior universal/unknown.

I wish them the sense of meaning in the development of  their voice, their true self.

I wish them the experience of recognizing themselves in relation as an individual human, as a member of this planet, as a unique element of life.

I wish them the awareness that their contribution is valuable to the health of life in this universe so that they recognize themselves as essential. They matter.

May they take the time to really hear what their own voice has to say, needs to say, is here to say.

Let them realize the work they are here to do and find a way to do it.

May they find ways to return again and again to that mission after they find themselves lost or confused.

My hope for them is that they learn to anticipate being daunted at times, accept that, and learn to be kind, firm and focused.

May they learn effective ways to encourage and inspire, and recognize effort within themselves and others.

My wish is that they find some wonder in their own development and take time to enjoy the wonder of a human doing what they can to bring more quality into their interior and exterior worlds; ease suffering just a bit; bring a bit more hope into the world; perhaps inspire others. May they recognize hope as a decision to be proactive rather than reactive.

Let them discover their power to bring more light and love into the world and through that, discover the depth of our connectedness to life, in general, and specifically to each other.

When they begin to weary of their own words about their work, or the work itself, may they be kind and wise enough to take the time to recall the feeling and the wonder and meaning of their initial inspirations to do this work.

May they remember to remember and hold within them the feelings of love and peace, always accessible.
